Our Warranty Promise

Any caravan purchased from us comes with our comprehensive CaravansUK 12 month warranty.

This covers all original components, including permanently fitted equipment forming part of the original manufacturer’s product specification, with the exception of those items listed in the list of exclusions.

Damage caused by mis-use, negligence and/or fair wear and tear is not covered.

Exclusions:
– Fair wear & tear, mis-use or negligence
– Issues caused by frost damage, fire, overheating or accidents
– UV degradation of external panels
– Wheels & tyres
– Windows, including catches, hinges and stays
– Light bulbs (including LEDs)
– Shower trays and vanity units
– Adjustment of blinds, hinges, catches and internal and external doors
– Soft furnishings and carpets
– Fuses
– Water heater electrical elements
– Water pumps, including toilet pump
– Damage caused by vermin ingress
– Flyscreens & blinds
– Consequential losses, including costs of campsites.
